Hi All,
I have created a ZDCR (copy of SDCR) for Change Request.
I have changed the Status Profile as per customer requirements in ZDCR.
Now when i create a Change request from the transaction CRMD_ORDER, the intial Status is "OPEN" which is as per the Z Status profile.
Now when i click on Actions and select to Approve it , it say the action has been performed.. but the status does not change...
i surely know i have missed some configuration .. can anyone of you please help with detailed steps.

In Spro , Change Request Management -> Change Transaction Type -> Action in Change Request Managemetn -> Actions - Depending On Status.
There you can link your status , also maintain the Sequence.
Assuming that you have assigned your action profile in transaction type.
