Error while creating custom theme in Theme Designer

Hello,

I am not able to create new theme in the Theme Designer.

Theme Designer Version : 1.16.8

SAP UI Version: 1.38.11

While creating it gives me error:

Compilation Error "variable @sapShell_Favicon is undefined" in file "/UI5/sap/ui/core/themes/base/global.less" in line 46 column 20 in "sFileToCss" Extract: Line 45:@sapUiShellTextColor: @sapShell_TextColor;Line 46:@sapUiShellFavicon: @sapShell_Favicon;Line 47:@sapUiButtonBackground: @sapButton_Background;

We have Netweaver 7.4 and SAP_UI 750. Do i have to install UI add-ons UI_700 or UI_INFRA for this?
