Who issued the PO?

Hi

Is there a way for the user to see who printed or emailed (issued) the PO last? Of what I can see it is not shown in "Display Change Documents".

Sincerely

Anders

All,

we are using SRM 5.5 and are at SP 13.

The OSS note system was down on Friday 17th April 2009 so I could not check it.

This morning (Monday) I can find no note about this field that is applicable to our system and patch level.

Has anyone else found any notes about this "standard" field.

Can't be that standard as we don't have that field in our SRM 5.5 system either?

Please check the structure the BBP_TRIGGLIST field USERCREATE (Created By) if it exists then bound to have the field in the output log, or else need to look for some note.

Hi Anders,

You can look at the output log to find out the same.

Steps:

1) Execute Process Purchase Order Transaction and open the PO in the display mode

2) Go to the Output Tab in the Header Data section of the PO

3) Click on the log which displays the document output results with the time, status, created by, medium etc in the same.

Hope that helps.

Hi Anders,

No this is standard and sap has designed the stated fields in the output log. This cannot be controlled from the setting. Try to look for some sap note. BTW which version of SRM you have in place.
