error Combination of set of books 7013 and company 7012 does not exist ?

why system throwing this error while uploading New expenses plan by Excel.

if any body had know about this issue , please let me know ASAP.

Hello Sreeniva,

it seems that for company 7012, there is no set of books 7013 assigned. What I would recommend: choose the Excel Add-In to select a value, rather than entering it. Perhaps there's a typo and it cannot find "_7012" or so.

Here i have allocated budget 11000 RS for cost center and have run procure to pay cycle based on cost center but there is no any impact of this , in the reporting also showing planned amount 11000 only ,

when purchased any raw material service based on cost center then planned amount should be deducted from planned amount 11000 .

please give me solution if you had know scenarios regarding this.

Hello,

do I understand correctly - you have now been able to upload the Excel, right? If so, please describe how you finally managed it, so that the community can benefit from your learning there. I guess most controllers will have similar difficulties there.

To answer your question - the budget is not "consumed", there is not yet a functionality like "free budget" or "not yet allocated budget" (but it would be nice to have such...). But you should be able to display a deviation from plan, which might help as well.

Which report are you using?
