Consider increasing the max Java Heap Size settings for the JVMOptions registry key under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\default\WebIntelligence\RichClient\JVMOptions.
You can find the instructions in the Resolution part of KBA 1822075. Try setting a value between 1g and 4g.
