Support Message from Change Request ?

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we create a Change Request and it follows some workflow ...

At some stage we want to create a Support Message (SLFN) from this change request.

Is this Possible??

Please suggest with some details.

    First a support message is created and then change request follows it.

    and for any support message you can click the flow button to navigate to change request connected to it.

    also you can hav multiple change req connect to same service desk message.

    Let me know if ur doubt is stil not clear.

      Pradeep, just fyi (I know this wont help you...)

      I would recommend to remind the customer that this is not ITIL compliant. Thus not best practice at all
