How to troubleshoot the integration Connection between SAP systems using CPI

Hello Experts,

We have developed a CPI connection to integrate C4C and yM. Till few days back it was working perfectly.

Today we tested and something is broken. How to test where the issue is?

Any guidelines where we can verify the issue?

    Hi Mayank,

    what is not working at all? Why do you say it is broken?

    To debug the issue I would use the different monitoring solutions of the different applications.

    On CPI side:

    You can use the message monitoring to have a look if the IFlow is successfully completed or if you see some error popping up there.

    On SAP Marketing side: (I assume you are using the SAP Marketing Cloud)

    You can easily use the Import Monitor App to look if all the data is flowing into the system correctly or if you can see any issues there.

    On C4C side:

    You can use interface monitoring on C4C side.
