Routine/Function where the SRM PO output message record in created

Hi,

We're using SRM 5.0 Extended Classic.

I'm trying to find which function or routine creates the PO output message record after a PO is changed and ordered in SRM and the system is expected to create the output message record for subsequent XML PO transmission to the vendor.
