create a new follow up complaint to the earlier completed complaint

Hello All,

we are using CRM IC WebClient and want to create a follow up complaint by refering to the original completed complaint.(if a customer requests to reopen the complaint we are not changing the status of the original complaint but we are creating a follow up complaint using activities).

my question is how can we populate dates of the original complaint to the newly created follow up complaint we want the total SLA of the complaint.
