DFKKCOH field update

Hi expert ,

we have a requirement to update data1 field of dfkkcoh table with value of template id .we are looking for suitable event to update it .could you please suggest if we should update the field during printing (FPCOPARA) or during dunning activity run .

Could you please specify what are you referring by template ID?

if it's dunning run identification details then it anyway gets populated in the fields 'LAUFD' & 'LAUFI' of the table DFKKCOH.

how is the correspondence container being filled? Which process is filling it?

The correspondance container will be getting filled with the dunning data (including Date and Identification) by the dunning activity run if the necessary funciton module and the correspondence form are configured in the dunning activities.

You may look into the FM 'ISU_DUNNING_PR_CORR_CONT_0350' for reference.

thanks rahul for your response.template id means i refer the mail or letter .here it is coming through config during fpcopara in a custom exit of dunning notice application form.

however as suggested by functional team ,it needs to be updated during printing .hence looking for suitable event to update dfkkcoh data1 field with the aforementioned template id .

You can use the event 705 in this regard, here the correspondence container gets filled by using the FM 'FKK_WRITE_CORR' at the time of dunning activity run.

You need to fill the required value in the field 'data1' of the structure 'h_dfkkcoh' so that the table DFKKCOH gets populated with the required information and thereon same gets considered at the time of executing FPCOPARA.
