Landscape ECC to S/4 Hana 1709

Hi Experts,

I want help in Landscape.

While doing system conversion from SAP ECC to S/4 Hana what will we our landscape.

Ex: A client is having Dev, Quality and PRD server. Client gives us a copy of PRD which we will treat as Pre PRD server. Till now I understand, but from here I want little clarity like after database migration the target system which is S/4 Hana will be our PRD system or Dev or Quality?

Help me to understand. How the landscape will stand after conversion.
