Hi,
I am getting a portal runtime error Exceptiom id:12 in the Universal worklist iview
and also in System Admin-> System config-> UWL Administration.
I traced the delta links of the iview and the iview is present under the 'Standard user role'
I also assigned permissions to the user for this iview.
Still i am unable to resolve this error.
Can anyone help ??
Thanks in advance,
VV.
It was a broken delta link problem.
The UWL Admin iview has a delta link to WebDynpro iview template which was missing in the Dev Portal.
I transported the template from QA to the Dev Portal.

No. The UWL administration page is displayed blank.
and the End user -> Standard role- > uwl iview displays a runtime error.
It is newly installed portal and no systems are registered with UWL yet.

Hi,
Trace delta link points to a 'universal worklist iview' which is present in the PCD but
com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.uwlSapWebDynproLaunch
and com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.uwlLaunchWebDynproABAP
are indicated by a warning message in the PCD --> "Target url of broken delta link"

Hi Veena,
did you register the UWL System with the parameter "Web-Dynpro-Start-System"?
System Admin --> System COnfig --> UWL --> UWL Configuration
Try to fill in your WDP Java system (maybe the portal itself) there.
If that does not solve the problem please give detailed information about the work item or task you are trying to launch from UWL. Maybe you have to change the launch action Type.
