Print Preview error in SAP with one user id only

Dear,

We are getting print preview error with one SAP user ID, When we are ruining any print command like ME22n, Va02 etc then we are getting same error,

On same system we are working fine with different USER ID.

Error "Can't reach the Page" issued while clicking print preview in all transactions. ME23N, VA03, SP01, etc...

Resolution

Select "Standard Preview" to get print preview. When previewing the Smartfrom output with standard preview, please use "Extras"->"Save Settings". So next time, it comes in with standard preview.

Check the user-settings. MAybe it's just that easy, that the user do not have a valid printer maintained. A breakpoint at the form open function (different for the techniques) will help to solve it.

Dear Abhishek,

maybe the PDF preview is set for this user? User can set PDF or the old standard preview as default print preview.
SAP Notes 1626370 (Smart Forms) and 1627996 (SAPScripts). You can check this e.g. via table RSEUMOD field PDF_PREV.

If this not help, which error message is getting the user?

Could it be authorizations? I would run an STAUTHTRACE on the user ID to see if there are any authorizations missing.
