PDF file looks different between publication and viewer export

Hi guys,

I am using CR2013 and the PDF which is created through the publication looks different as the pdf that is exported in the Viewer and also different when printing from the client.

In detail some letters are cut off because they dont fit the page anymore. Is this normal? It looks like the font size is different from the pdf from the publication as it is from the client or viewer.

Can you help me with this problem?

the font is installed on the client and also on the server.

Hi Simon,

Make sure the font being used is also installed on the Client side. If it isn't, a different font will be substituted in its place.
