All my work items are in waiting status

I am executing my work flow from se24 class. I maintained my activity step as a back ground step. if i am calling that workflow , all my work items are in waiting status i checked through swia. This workflow is working upto on friday. all configurations done in SWu3. there is no problem in anything in SWU3 i feel.. Plz help me a lot..

Hello,

for the core cause, please check the errors in the workitem error log.

1. SW1 transation - search for the workitem,

2 .open workflow log,

3. chosse menu Extras,

4. select all errors.

That will help to identify cause of the current status.

In case of not error occured, check the WS and related task from the workflow log from functional aspect.

Look like, some Dump in background , check st22. If not, then check background job status in SM37, is it successfully completed ot not.

Thanks for your response.. I resolved that issue. I have one more question, can you please help me, bcz am very new to work flow. In my workflow having two levels of approvals Level 1 and LEVEL 2. i am using loop here for different levels to get the agents.

1. for Level 1 user, i need to hide Reject option in USer Decision step, How we can achieve this ?

2. for Level 2 users, If he rejects the work item in level 2, i need to send rejection text to level 1 user , if the level 1 user checks the rejection reason text , then he want to re-initiate the work flow. how can re-initiate it. Here am able to send successfully the rejection reason to initiator, here am facing problem how re-initiate the work flow again in level 1.. How ? Thank you...

Sorry about the typo: tr. SWI1.

Open the workflow log and follow the steps provided earlier.
