Non Releasable license in SAP GTS

My requirement is license should be assigned in the document but document should not be released in ECC. The license should be an active state. May I request you to answer

Thanks for your response. there is no standard approach for the requirement. it is with ABAP only we have to do it

Ramji, in standard implementation, the documents are blocked in GTS only and not in ECC. May I ask, why would you like the documents blocked even after license assignment?

Ramji, you can always consider 2 legal regulations. One of them can have licenses which are assigned to documents and other can keep the document blocked.

Just to understand your requirement better : would you like the document to be released any time or it should always remain as blocked?
