shipping and tracking ( truck icon is missing)

Hi Experts

I have a issue where I have to track the shipping status in CRM 2007 Web channel(b2c) shop ,Able to create order from b2c application . At the end of sales order creation process (MY ACCOUNT screen),

My Orders

Completed Orders

when im checking Completed Orders i can see the order status but not able see the link to track the item

in the order (the small truck icon) is missing.

I gone through R/3 e-commece

for which do i need to do any configuration in CRM systems,

i would appreciate your help
