vl02n problem

Dear all

when i am removing batches in delivery (vl02n) manually system is showing error message i.e

error message :- Changes not possible at present because item is in quality inspection.

when i check in mb52 :- material quantity is in un-res use and no inspecing lot is pending every thing is cleared still system is showing error

any light on this plz

what is t-code for output (prientout) for are1 document

Hi

For the quality inspection Query , go to QP02 and check wheather the quality inspection number is coming or not .If it is coming release it and then do PGI

Now coming to your ARE1 query you can check the Print in J1IA101 only

but iam unable to process print out for the are1

if iam trying to cancel the are1 document system is showing still in process

Regarding your question of takin prinout for ARE 1 document

go to J1IA101, choose Display, click enter, choose print in toolbar, from here you can take printout.

Regarding your first question, I will get back to your soon.

while creating are1 we have to flag print option ?

while checking you need to activate Print option (Document details tab) and make sure all entries enterd properly, then at the time of posting system will give you pop up to print.

Go to T code: QA32 and enter your delivery number and check the inspection lot and status.

Print you can check in J1IA101 It self.

Before you check ARE need to Tick the Print indicator in Document details tab.

After checking the ARE-1 Document,Post the same.after you post system will give you Pop of Print.
