Open Web Intelligence application in SAP BO 4.2 SP5

Hello everyone, I'm sorry about this simple question but when I used SAP BO 4.1 I could open Web Intelligence Application easily but today I installed SAP BO 4.2 SP5 and when I open LaunchPad, I can not find the Webintelligence application. Can you help me. I am looking for the WebIntelligence Application in LaunchPad using SAP BO 4.2 SP5 or SP6. We have in this version a new look for launchPad. I can open the webintelligence document, I can edit webintelligence document but, I can not create a new web intelligence document because I can not looking for the application.

The question is:

How can i open Web Intelligence application in SAP BO 4.2 SP5 launchpad?

Thank you guys,I understood that BI Launchpad is just visualization and I can still use <server>:8080/BOE/BI for development Web Intelligence documents.
