Picked quantity is greater than delivery quantity

Delivery is created with reference to Stock Transport Order. Picked quantity is greater than delivery quantity. In this case, System is not allowing to do PGI or not allowing to return the stocks from Delivery through transaction code LT0G. Delivery needs to be cancelled.

Can anybody tell me how to cancel the delivery?

Is Handling Unit active in place for issuing plant/sloc?

If no, then folllow these steps:

1) Goto delivery . Goto Edit->Copy picked qunatity as delivery quantity.

2) So, delivery quantity will become equa to picked quantity. Now try Lt0G.

3)If LT0G does not work then do PGI and do the whole flow reversal .

Hi,

If you have not done any PGI ,then you can go ahead & delete delivery by using transaction VL02N .Put Delivery number & click on the Delete Icon on the Top or got to header level Outbound delivery Tab---->Select Delete.
