Dear All
We are upgrading self services to ECC6 from 4.7.
In MSS we have some customized jsp iviews those are integrated with the team viewer on MSS.
We want to use the new Team viewer and the old jsp iviews.
Can someone suggest what is the best approch. Please donot provide the standard links and documents for this. We are looking at the eventing or OADP approch for custom iview integration with new Team Viewer.
