Create PM Notification in ERP from CRM System while Service notification Create

Dear All,

We have two System : ERP ( R/3 ) and CRM System. Our Requirement is to create PM Notification when we create service Notification in CRM.

IN BADI : ORDER_SAVE ( Prepare Method ) at the time of SAVE , We are calling CRM_ORDER_READ and take necessary information and than we are passing ;

1. BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE Destination 'ERP '

2. BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE Destination 'ERP'

3. BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT

First BAPI Running successfully but when we run second bapi with destination it's not getting saved in ERP System.

NOTE : We run All above BAPI in Sequence in ERP and it's working perfectly.

Please provide your input on the same.

Hello Dhaval,

Which CRM transaction is being used? Is it Complaint?

As far as I know there is some difference between CRM and ECC.

The customizing of priorities in CRM are different than MPS. For example, priority 5 doesn't exist in MPS.

So please first review the whole configuration in both CRM and ECC.
