Populate Material Internal Note in ME23N using IDOC ORDERS05

Hi Experts,

Good day!

We would like to ask your inputs with our scenario. We have an existing inbound IDOC ORDRSP.ORDERS05 using FM IDOC_INPUT_SUS_ORDRSP that updates PO in ME23N.

Note: the FM was chosen to allow us to pass the rejection notification for the order

How do we populate the Material Internal Note below from the inbound IDOC using segments E1EDPT1 and E1EDPT2?

Please advise if there is a need to create an enhancement for this or if there are other better solutions.

Did you already

• Check that the text id (E1EDPT1-TDID F07) is handled in your Customizing and match witth your expectations.
• Look for classic enhancement such as (SMOD) MM06E001- this is the user exits for EDI inbound and outbound purchasing documents.
