Dear CRM gurus,
We are currently using CRM 5.0 - SP08 and we have implement ERMS to deal with customer's email.
At the moment our inbound and outbound emails are displayed in the Service Ticket within the Business Context.
The issue we face is when a customer sends an email with an attachment. In the Business Context there is a hyperlink that indicates an Email but there is no flag next to that email hyperlink that indicates that this email contains an attachment.
Our users often need to look for the emails that have attachments and currently what they are forced to do is to open every email link in the Business Context to then find out if that email contains an attachment.
Is there a way to display in the Business Context a flag that indicates that an email contains an attachment without having to drill-down into the email hyperlink?
Would this be available as standard?
