Error in STO

Hi,

While creating STO, in me21n i am getting the following error, I have maintained all the related data for shipping & STO, but even i am getting error?

Not possible to determine shipping data for material 5

Please help.

Hi,

Check SPRO setting in the path ,

SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Purchase order-Set up stock transport order-Assign document type,one step procedure,underdelivary.

here maintain for document category F,Supplying plant,delivery plant and purchasing document type combination and save.

Hi, Please check wheather the shipping tab has come in the PO item over view screen.

please check wheather the customer has been extended to the supplying plants sales organisation.

Both the customers need to be created and assigned to the plants at OMGN.

please check wheather all the data have been maintainbed at OMGN.

Maintain the shipping data for plants in SPRO- SAP IMG- Materialmanagement- Purchasing- Purchase order- Setup stock transport order - Define shipping data for plants.

Hi,

For STO there are 2 main configuration i.e stock matrix(T161w) and shipping data(T161v).check there is entry in these tables for the plant and document combination

Hi Vijay

Hope you have not missed out to create the customer master record for supplying plant.

if you really have done all the mentioned things, then you either created the customer master or material master views for the wrong sales organisation (check whether the sales org is equal to the sales org assigned to your plant - use SE16 to look into T001W)

or

you missed the setup of your shipping point determination in general.

a shipping point is determined by plant, shipping conditions from customer master and loading group from material master.

Hi

Maintain Material Master for the following:

1. Maintain the Sales data 1, Sales data 2, Sales/General data

2. Maintain the sales data for both supplying plant as well as receiving plants

and check the flow
