Asset Transfer

Hi,

When we transfer the asset through ABUMN the system showing the below error.

Retirement/transfer on asset 1301483 0 takes place with no values

Message no. AA396

Diagnosis

You are posting a retirement to an asset that does not show an

acquisition value in any of your depreciation areas.

Procedure

Check the asset and the transaction type. For this asset, it only makes

sense to use a transaction type with revenue.

1301483 has balance 45000/-(AW01N)

What is the problem?

Hi,

In ABUMN > Partial Transfer tab, you have to select whether the transfer is from Prio-year Acquisition or from Current-year Acquisition.

Verify in AW01N if the values posted are in the current year OR from a prior year acquisition and then select the appropriate radio button in ABUMN.

Please update if the issue is resolved.
