TMS Not Work

Hi Ladies,and Gentlemen,

I'm new in Basis. We are using DV and PD only. I found that the transport request cannot transport to PD. When I press the Refresh button of the Import Queue. It took a long time until timeout. When I go to CCMS Alert Monitor,

the screen is red as following:

- node display off

- PD Import - one of the TR is still running

- PD interface - RFC system error in system / destinction

- DV transport tool - could not start transport control program

- DV interface = RFC System Error in system / destinction TMSSUP@!D01.DOMAIN.D01

It seems that something is stopped. Can any expert tell me how to check or restart the TMS ?

Hi,

The servers can be pinged, and I've not changed any setting before. Is it possible some of the background jobs are terminated.

Thank you for your response. I also guess there is a communication problem between DV and PD, but I do not know how to check and fix. Would you please help ?

I've performed some simple checking, like consistency check, critical objects, transport tool in D01 and PRD, and

the results are all ok. When I press F5 to refresh, it hangs until time out.

Please advise.

DV interface = RFC System Error in system / destinction TMSSUP@!D01.DOMAIN.D01

This means communication failure between DEV & PRD so make sure that you are able to ping the server from OS level. Have you made any changes recently?
