Remove automatic Putaway block

Hi SAP Experts ,

Good Evening here !!!

we have come across requirement like ,in the ware house 200 (say) and for storage types like 300 (bulk )and 303 ,they don't want no automatic putaway block when pallet is removed from that bin..

They opine ,putaway block has a negetive influence on the usage of bins ..

-->Is it possible to configure this at the configuration layer or should we use developers for this work request like ..

Hi,

Blocks can be used either at the storage type level or at aStorage Bin level.

Check the Config under the following path and make the field Block upon stock plcmt blank in case of putaway and the field Block upon stock rmvl in case of picking

IMG>Logistics Execution>Warehouse Management>Master Data>Define Storage Type-->

Select the warehouse number and storage type and double click on it.

Thanks Friends ,

In the existing Configuratin ,the field of Stock removal was already blank

and I have added the storage type 300 / 303 respectivey against warehouse 200 in stock removal after placement field ..

it is in testing in the Sandbox ..as soon I get success ,I shall update the same here

Are you looking for transaction of removing putaway block? There are standard transactions to block & unblock at storage type level. Already experts have answered this. Please check the transaction you are looking for.

Hi ,

It can be possible through configuaration,

Check path Logistic execution > Warehouse mgmt.>Master Data > Define storage type>

Select St type Go to display . keep the Block upon storage placement field,Block upon stock rmvl,--->

Blank.
