Business Objects XI R3.1 Fix Pack 1.x (NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS=BYTE)

Hi All

I have installed BOXI 3.1 with Oracle 11g,

To install BOXI ,we have changed the NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS=BYTE instead CHAR.

But we are facing problem with 'BYTE' ,Can i have details of fix pack . In which Fix Pack it is fixed ?

Any help would be appreciated.
