Dear
We have release strg. of 4 levels.
Once A releases then only B, When B release C can , and when C release D can.
This is working fine.
But when we want to make any changes and want to unrelease the PO that time any 1 can release the PO and do changes.
In idea case sequence should be exactly reverse than release procedure.
But this is not happening. Can any one help me do this.
Thanks & Regds,
Sachin J
Hi
Set up the release indicator as 4 or 6, when any changes to PO then release should start from 1st level.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I don't want user to unrelease the PO which is not unreleased by higher authority.
In current scenario release at any level unrelease is possible and changes can be done.
So even if higher authority set the release status jr. can go and unrelease and change the PO.
I don't to happen this.
Thanks & Regds

Hi
According to release simulation, when the release is at 3rd level, 1st level can revoke the release.
So lower level releases can reset the release when the PO is in release with higher level releasers.
One way to avoid this is using work flow - releasers can know only the POs to be released by them in thier work places.
Thanks
