Email Opt In does not affected other Channels

Hi All,

we are on yM Cloud 1805.

When doing an Email Opt-In we would like that the Channels FB and Google AdWords are set to Opt-In also.

We have connected in Manage my Solution these customizing:

Do we have to change the opt-ins one by one or can we connect them somehow? Reason is that the marketing permissions for facebook, twitter or google adwords are handled by these provider itself (e.g. customer has to accept them when visiting facebook).

Hi Oliver,

Can you check the BADI implementation of Permission and subscription Copy/Update in the system. It can resolve your issue to some extent Just try out and let us know as well.

But with the standard behaviour I think you have to do it manually.

Hi,

Not sure but we use in our landscape a customization activity which can take care of similar scenario as in your case i.e. TW and Google Adwords permission based on Email optin.

It has to be configured in Implementation Cockpit --> Contacts and Profiles-->Assign Contact ID Origins to Communication Media
