Hi SAP Gurus,
Please help to explain what is the diffrence between transaction code LX03 and MB5B, I am seeing there is a stock diffrence between MB5B and LX03, the stock in MB5B and LX03 will be same or diffrent. And also help to explain table LQUA.

If you are seeing a stock difference between MB5B (on the current date) and LX03 (which anyway shows the current stock levels), the reason is probably because warehouse movements have not taken place for certain IM movements. Use LX23 to check if there is any discrepancy between the two levels.
Please to through OSS note 535043 on how to use LX23 to clear differences.
About table LQUA, it is a quant table. A quant is the lowest unit in which stocks are stored in a warehouse (for both SU and non SU managed storage types) ; though you do not need to specify the quant for regular transactions. These are created / modified automatically. You can go to a quant while viewing a storage bin using LS03N. It can be directly viewed using LS23.
