No message output for new doc type PO

Dear experts,

I have created a new PO doc type but after creating PO of this new PO doc type there is not message output found for the PO and consequently no print preview is available.

Please advise how to come up a solution.

Please maintain the condition records for the new doc. type in MN04.

Dear

Go to transaction NACE and select PO from the list and then select output type .

In that select NEU new report will be open now enter the document type of po and execute

now enter detail as per u r requirement partner function should be VN and enter other detail as you required and now click on communication here enter your printer name now save

go to NACE

here select EF and click on condition record

here select doc type and here specify the doc type

or go to MN04 and here u can specify the doc type

Hi,

In NACE tcode.,Select EF(Purchase order) and click Condition records button.

Then click double click NEU where u will find the doc type combinations.

In the nace transaction select EF and click on condition records now select NEU i.e double click on NEU and select Purchasing Output Determination: Document and enter your document type here document type and enter PartF VN , Medium 1 and Date/time 3 now click on communication enter ouput device and click on print immediately and release after output both and save
