In change mode of OBD, text fields are grayed out

Please check note 1565880 has been applied in your system. For information, you can edit the text even if goods issue has been posted, if this note is not implemented. Since SAP have considered this as a bug, coding correction has been provided vide note 1565880. You need to make code change as recommended in OSS note 1657178 to edit the text

Do you mean that these two notes (1565880 and 1657178) should be applied in my system to edit text at delivery level (whether the delivery is open or completed)?

Please go through my comments once again. What I said was the first referred note should have been applied due to which, you are facing the issue and to correct this, you need to carry out code correction as recommended in the second note.
