How do I display future scheduled MP's including work duration

Hi,

I've recently come into a new role and I need to find out how to display all my maintenance items that are scheduled up until Dec 2020 including the `work` column to show the estimated work duration. I have tried to do this in a few different screens (i.e. IW39 & IP18) with no luck. I need this information to create a graph to show our monthly scheduled maintenance's until the end of 2020.

Please help!

I have absolutely no idea how to do that unfortunately I'm quickly coming to understand that my knowledge of SAP is very limited.

I'm currently looking for curses to improve my knowledge base to help aid me in my work.

Hi,

The order work duration is not a value that is readily available. Above you highlite 'work duration' for the first operation. As there can be many operations that value is not normally useful. I think you will need to enhance one of the existing reports to calculate the total work order duration from all the individual operation values.

This is the information I need displaying for all assets we have. But I can't seem to show it for all of them at once in one column.

Thanks Maria, that does give e most of the information I need. However, it doesn't allow me to see the work duration and there is no filter that I can find to allow me to see it for all maintenance items.
