Multilevel Categorization - predefined values

Hello,

I created categorization schema and everything works fine except one thing. I need to set default (pre-filled) values like this:
Level 1: Business Applications

Level 2: SAP

Hello Shalin,

thank you. I checked DNO_CUST04 and parameter TOP_SERVICE_REQUEST_CATEGORY creates buttons with favorite categories in the first step. The parameter which solved my problem for Service Requests is DEFAULT_SERVICE_REQUEST_CATEGORY. I need do the same with incidents, so I checked snote 1483276, but I cant see any useful parameter for it.

You have the below options,

1. You can make use of the templates (Incident Templates, Service Request Templates etc.) to predefine the values as you have requested.
2. In Service Requests you have an option to define the Top Categories (Frequently used categories) in the DNO_CUST04 transaction.
3. If the above 2 options didn't solve your requirement, you have to proceed with enhancements and customisations.
