Unplanned Dep- Error

Hi all,

When i execute unplanned dep im getting an error saying

Dep. area is assigned to a group asset. Function not possible.

I have assigned group asset in dep area 15. If the error is due to this can we not use unplanned dep for assets assigned to group assets? But in general all assets will be assigned to a group asset na. How to solve this problem?

you cannot post the depreciation for the group assets.
