Scrap problem

hello

I have a product with many components. These components was assigned to different operation. When I use CO11 confirm the prod. order, the components will be consumed from PSA (supply area) to production order.

If I have 1 pc product scrap in the last scarp and I confirm in system, the system will scrap all the componets in the product. But acctually I want only 1 component to be scaped, the others still can be used. How can I solve this problem?

Hi,

If Iam getting it right, then during confirmation using CO11/CO11n, when you are posting Scrap 1pc for Product, all input components are getting scrapped/consumed. But, as per the requirement, only one components should follow the process.One way could be, during confirmation go to goods movement tab & delete all components except one.

Yes, I also have same opinion with you. Is there any other solution? For example, clear the difference in inventory.

Hi,

as per my knowledge

just maintain that one component (as component scrap in BOM) under item details

anyway's just wait for other expert's solutions
