MRP Not considering Project Stock

Dear Gurus

In my scenario at the time of MRP RUN Thro MD51 at wbs level if Project stock of any SFG Items is avl / present on stock But system is not considering the same & creates new Plan orders for the SFG assly & it all Components at low level.

I have maintained following config, in Plant parameters

Rescheduling & planning horizon. 100 days ,

Avalibility at Stock plant level

Maintained Avl Check Control 02 ( Ind Requriement) & PP checking rule.

Project stock of same wbs element is showing for SFG Item and I am Taking MRP ON same WBS Element.

But Still MRP is not considering Project stock.

Pl guide me for the same.

In MRP4 view of the material master define "2" - Collective requirements for the Field Indv/Coll.

Maybe he should maintain "1" for MARC-SBDKZ for all his material that he wants to consume from project stock. Value "2" means consumption from normal unrestricted-use stock (w/o special stock segment).

If transactional data (PrdOrd) already exists, it should be corrected as well.

Thanks For your reply.

After maintaining 2 - collective req. in MRP 4 . then it is considering All stock ie. Unrestricted & Project stock also.

So I changed it to 1 - Indv. req. now it is considering project stock only.

Sorry, may be I miss read your post. I was of the impression that you were looking at consume Unrestricted stock for your Project/WBS.
