C4C Sales Target Planning

Dear expert,

we are implementing C4C and want to use sales target planning, but in sales target planning we just can choose the planning per sales unit. Actually, in our org structure design, the manager is not assigned in sales unit only, but in sales unit, we also have some divisions (this is not maintained in the org structure) that also have several managers. We are confused about how to separate the STP for each division since the division is not maintained in sales organization level (we cannot choose it as a sales unit when creating STP).

The second query is we have so many customers and products for every sales unit, let say a sales unit can have 100 sales, 1000 product, and also 1000 customer. When selecting dimension we should choose 100 salesmen, 1000 product, and 1000 customer. When generating into excel STP it will be so huge, right?

Can we just restrict that the product and customer displayed are just those that are handled by the salesman? Let say salesman A just have 100 customers so it will just display 100 customers in sales A row, sales B has 50 customers so just 50 customers for sales B row. So there not be so many data in the excel, if we need to filter it manually it also will be so big work
