Smart form Template

Hi Experts,

By mistake i have done the changes in Quality and saved and activated, then only i came to know changes are made in Quality. Then I have done the changes in Development, and moved tr to Quality.

In development Template size is correct and fits in Window and i can see the preview properly.

But in Quality it is giving error, Template is not fitting in window, then i checked the Template, It is different from Dev.

Now i tried to go to change mode in Quality, but it is not allowing. How it was allowed earlier iam not getting idea.

Can any one help me, how i can resolve my problem.

Hi Ravi ,

If its working fine in development system, create new request for that smartform in devlopment

system and move to the quality.

Hi ravi,

Check the template settings for the window adjust according as size of the window and save & activate the smart form.

First Download the from Production Client .Then activate the form in Dev and move to the Quality.

Hi,

Are you you have moved the DEV version to QUAL while the smartform was just activated.

Activate the smartform and transport it again.

If you transported an only saved version then it becomes not active in destination system.
