Problem at Datbase tables T.Code: CS02

Hi friends,

I have a issue that, in my quality system: when we are deleting any item in T.Code:CS02 it is directly deletes from corresponding database tables : STOP & STAS. When you add any items in CS02, then it adds that items in database tables..

But When comes to Production system: when we are deleting the items in CS02 it will not deletes from database tabels STOP, STAS.. When you add any items in CS02, then it adds that items in database tables..

But i want the scenerio how it is happening in Quality system. Where the actually problem is?? To whom should i contact?? what would be the solution??

Hi,

Check the tabel setting in Prod system - it might be soft delete (making some deletion flag to X) in production whereas actual record delete might be happening in QA. Please discuss with BASIS person also.

Hi Ashim,

How i can check the Production tables deletion flags... or else this problem relates to PP consultant... Like Configuration.. Our PP consultant is saying that, all the configuration settings are same in both QA & Prod servers.

Check the User Exit/Badi's/Ehanance Spot's which might have changes in Q but not transported to P.
