Project Scenario is rel 4.6 as backend system integrated with SRM 5.0.
Hi SRM's GURU,
my question:
when customer update ordered value of one or plus orders in the backend, associated at the same framework contract in SRM, idoc BLAREL issue from back-end with correct pointing of existing SRM contract, but in SRM the BLAREL idoc is in status 51 with error of link to global non-existing contract.
I try to search OSS Notes and i found a specific note and i verify that note is already applied in the SRM 5.0 version.
Infact the error message issues when a new manually item of order in the back-end was created, but it isn't my case.
Can you help me to understand why it happens?
Thanks

Hi,
by GOA transfer the contract will create an entry in the table SRRELROLES. This is LOGSYS dependent table. So for each R/3 system, for each item, the contract will have a different entry.
By PO creation the BLAREL is created automatically by the FM MASTERIDOC_CREATE_BLAREL. This BLAREL depending on the WE20 settings, get distributed to the correct SRM system.
There the IDOC is processed by the FM B46B_IDOC_INPUT_BLAREL, where we have a check against this SRRELROLES, to get the correct GOA item. If this found than the processing is done, in other case the system raise an error.
Usually this problem is happens when the GOA status in the SRM is not failure free! Please check this first. If the status "In distribution" or in "Approving" then the BLAREL cannot be processed.

Ok, exactly!
thanks, very much.
i verify the table SRRELROLES entry and i have two situation:
- in some cases i don't find the entry
- in other cases the entry haven't a correct item number (the same item of backend system).
In this second situation, i verify that there is a problem during the transfer of the idoc BLAORD, because in the backend sistem a new item of the contract follows a progressive numeration rather than to insert the same present numeration of the idoc BLAORD.
But I don't know why the entry doesn't exist in the SRRELROLES.
In every case, what is the best way to recover SRRELROLES entries?
Still thanks of everything

Hi Taman,
We have a problem with our BLAREL idoc. We switched from extended classic to classic scenario and have our contracts now only in the backend. We have erased BLAREL from WE20 and removed it from the distribution model, but still the BLAREL idoc is launching in R/3 (and goes in error) when a PO gets created. Do you know how to stop these IDOCS from being created?
Your help would be very much appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Tom
