ALV SUM problem

Hi All,

I am using ALV grid to display report output and to sum column values i am using the DO_SUM = 'X'

but the sum is mot populating please give any suggestions.

The field on which you are doing sum should not be of type char or numc

Check if it is an integer.

hit the change layout ctrl+f8 and check the checkbox that shown in the Sigma column and save that layout as the default layout.
