Is there a way to add the items from service and repair screen on the quick screen popup accessed from the menu bar when initially creating a ticket ?
Hello Mohamed,
1.Go to Administrator->Service and Social ->Ticket Configuration->select checkbox 'Create Ticket in Detail view'->Save the changes->Login to system again.
2.Now go to Service work center->Ticket view ->Click on New button.
=>Since, full ticket is configure - you can directly maintain the require details.
Note:It wont show the 'Service and Repair' facet, but few other details in Full Ticket view.This is only option available .

Thanks for your input Ankush Pashine , but this is not what I was looking for . I need access to the service and repair facet from the quick menu as you mentioned as I want to add service and repair items.
