IE Shuts down after copy and refresh

Using Crystal X in a J2EE Web Application, using the ActiveX viewer.

Here is the problem:

User runs a report, clicks on some data, and copies it to the clipboard. They then refresh the report. Then when they close the report, they get an error message that IE has an error and is shutting down, and then IE shuts down. The dialogue box says the problem occurred when CRViewer.dll was running.

It seems that you are having issue with Crystal reports Java SDK's.
