I'm Facing error while saving sales order. Its asking me to enter User ID and Password.

This looks like there is a RFC connection to another system, e.g. GTS or APO or CRM and the password is no more valid or connection not trusted.

Ask your colleagues about your system landscape and the consultant who is responsible for the RFC setup to check the connection.

It seems that your USERID does not have the authorization to perform the operation. Please check tcode: SU53 and take a screenshot of it and send to BASIS team for authorization.
