Hi,
IF I have SSO with logon ticket. Ideally both the systems should have same ID's. In my case if some ID is not present in the other system it logins with anonymous user. What should I do in this case?

Hi,
when the user ID isn't the same in the backend system you will need to use user mapping. The administrator or the user will have to maintain the backend user / password in the portal.
