ASAL - Annual Salary India

I want to use ASAL - Annual Salary Concept in my Organisation.

1.Is it possible to use ASAL wage type for India also.Because while using this wage type,it is giving error that ASAL is not allowed for country grouping.

2.Also we want that the user will put Annual Salary in IT0008 & System should calculate Basic & other Allowances automaticalLy based on Some Percentage defined.How can we do that.

Please reply as soon possible.
