MTO with Handling Unit

Hi Friends,

I want to know the effect of MTO scenario with Handling Unit.

i.e.

My client is using Make-to-Stock with Handling Unit,

If he uses MTO scenario,do it have any impact on Handling Unit.

Do we face any problems in handling unit or in customization.
